The modular apartment building will be ready for occupancy in August 2024. The modern and cozy 16 m² 1-room apartments are fully equipped with a bed, desk and built-in wardrobe, a pantry kitchen with ceramic hob, sink and refrigerator and a bathroom with shower. The 2-room apartments for two people, which are used as a shared apartment and are up to 35 m² in size, are similarly equipped. Students also have access to various common areas both within the building and in the outdoor areas.

The apartment house is located in the Friedrichsfelde district in the southeast of Berlin. The Tierpark subway station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. From there you can easily and quickly reach the city or other districts with the subway (U 5) and several tram and bus lines. Near the apartment house is the “Bierenschaufenster” shopping center with many shops and small restaurants. There are also banks, a pharmacy and a swimming pool there.
